Spotlight on Service – Customer Care

Today we shine the spotlight on Josh Washington, field engineer in District 08.  One of our financial customers reached out to thank Josh for the extra care he took after a recent ATM move.  “Today was his day off but he wanted to make sure the ATM was communicating and working as it should be.  I brought him up to speed on what had happened and where we are.  Anyway, I just wanted to give kudos to him for following up on his day off and calling to see if the ATM was ok.  That is above and beyond!!!”
