Anson Martin joined Burroughs as CEO in July 2019.
Before joining Burroughs, Anson was Chief Commercial Officer at ZPower, a high-tech manufacturer of silver-zinc microbatteries. Prior to ZPower, he held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development, product development, and general management at Inventus Power, a leading global lithium-ion battery pack manufacturer. During his 19-year tenure there, Anson lived and worked in the U.K., China, and the U.S. He was an integral part of four ownership transitions to ABB, TE Connectivity, as well as private equity.
Anson holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland and a MBA from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).

Dan Fechalos joined Burroughs as Chief Operating Officer in December of 2019.
Before joining Burroughs, Dan held various leadership positions at Convergint Technologies, NCR, and Diebold Nixdorf, where he successfully led dynamic and complex teams across the U.S. and Canada. He has extensive experience in building and leading teams in program management, field operations, and service infrastructure—as well as managing national account relationships and sales leadership. Dan has a proven track record in the development and execution of business growth and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at expanding market presence, improving service, promoting customer relationships, and increasing revenue, which is key to Burroughs' strategic and operational transformation initiatives.
Dan holds a master’s degree from North Central College, a B.S. from Southern Illinois University, and currently serves on the TSIA Managed Services Advisory Board.
Steve joined Burroughs as Chief Financial Officer in June 2020.
He leads all of the finance and information technology functions for Burroughs, and he plays an integral role in the growth and strategy of the company. Steve has more than 30 years of experience in public accounting, public corporations, and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, Steve was the CFO at FTD and President and CFO at Bally Total Fitness. Under Steve’s leadership, he successfully developed and implemented numerous short- and long-term financial and IT objectives, which strategically enhanced performance and business opportunities. Earlier in his career, he worked for Grant Thornton.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Chris Adamson joined Burroughs as Vice President of Sales & Business Development in March 2022.
Before joining Burroughs, Chris was leading an innovative services development and go-to-market consulting team within the Ricoh Americas Corporation. Over his 25 year tenure with Ricoh, both in Canada and the US; he held various leadership roles in sales, business development, product & services management in addition to divisional management positions in Information Technology, Technical Services, and Marketing. He was an influential leader and contributor to the development of Ricoh's Enterprise Software, IT Services, Managed Services and Professional Services consulting practices; most recently leading innovative change in the company's services strategy diversification and lifecycle services adjacency programs.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop's University in Quebec, Canada and a MBA in Management from Florida's Institute of Technology (FIT).
Sharon Williams joined Burroughs as Vice President of Human Resources in 2016.
Sharon is a highly experienced HR professional with over 20 years of expertise leading and managing team member management strategies across a variety of business units, including Finance, IT, Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Legal, Risk Management, Customer Service Call Centers, Collections, Mortgage, and Retail Banking.
Before joining the Burroughs team, Sharon held various leadership positions at Flagstar Bank, Credit Acceptance, Lafarge, and Honeywell.
Sharon's commitment to team member engagement, talent development, and fostering a positive and safe work environment through the development and implementation of numerous initiatives and programs have propelled Burroughs forward as an industry-leading employer of choice.
Mark Andrews joined Burroughs as Vice President of Information Technology in October 2021.
Before joining Burroughs, Mark held leadership roles at Coleman Cable, Southwire & Transcendia as a visionary senior Information Technology executive with a successful record of management with focus on business strategy, execution and accountability anywhere people, process and technology converge. Mark has strong experience partnering with the business in leveraging systems and technology to support strategic objectives with alignment across all functional areas. Mark leverages best practice project management methodologies and compliance standards across a broad range of industries. Additionally, Mark has many years of experience building solid infrastructure foundations to support the technology needed with emphases on cyber security, scalable infrastructure, resiliency, and business globalization. Mark has a proven track record of major project executions, building strong teams, excellent communication skills, and a positive motivator of people.
